- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used stevia-sweetened, keto-friendly chocolate chips)
- 1 cup almond butter (or any nut or seed butter of your choice)
- 1/2 cup sticky sweetener (your choice; see notes)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 cups nuts and seeds (such as almonds, cashews, pepitas, etc.)
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Melt the Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, combine the chocolate chips, almond butter, sticky sweetener, and coconut oil. Melt until everything is well combined.
