Cowboy Casserole Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen tater tots

Cowboy Casserole Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion, then add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and transfer to a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine the soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth. Pour this mixture over the beef and mix well. Stir in the corn and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Layer half of the tater tots at the bottom of the baking dish, then spread the beef mixture on top. Add another layer of tater tots and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, and you’re done!
